As a small business, last minute cancellations or missed appointments have a huge effect. 

We do understand that sometimes life happens, and we will reschedule your appointments where possible.

Our policies are in place to ensure the stability of the business, we aim to deliver the highest quality service without compromise.

We hope you understand that this and carry on supporting us.

All services require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

All cancellations within or before 48 hours will incur no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations after 24 hours or no shows will incur 100% fee of the treatment missed.

YOU will receive a text message or email reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment.
